Step 1

Fill out the Gender Selection Center’s online application. We will answer any of your questions and determine if you are qualified for gender selection based on your application responses.

Step 2

If eligible, you will be asked to call 212.994.4400. Our receptionists will ask you to provide us with your medical information in order to better assist you with your gender selection needs as well as schedule an appointment with our gender selection specialists.
